Ingestive Problems (Coprophagia/Pica)
The most common ingestive problem is coprophagia (the ingestion of feces). Dogs often like to eat their own, or the stools of other dogs.
They have a particular taste for cat feces (which are higher in fat content).
Pica refers to the eating of non-food objects, usually stones.
The primary ingestive problem in cats is wool sucking/eating.
