Hyperactivity
In its true form, hyperactivity is quite rare. These are animals that cannot stay still. They are difficult to train, are unresponsive to
tranquilization and struggle against restraint. There are, however numerous animals that come pretty close. More appropriately termed
overactive/uncontrollable, these animals are a handful, but effective means exist for turning these dogs around.
Hyperactivity in cats can often be related to hyperthyroidism.
